i'm using ie 5.5 and some certain websites have pop-up windows that have no close button sometimes it's in full screen anyone have any idea how to close it without pressing ctrl+alt+del ???
also sometimes some websites changed my default homepage to something else could anyone explain how can this be done without user action

just hit alt+F4 and that will close them...
as far as the homepage im not sure , i have heard of some code which changes it without the user accepting it...
ill have a look around......

what Internet Explorer are you running ?
Upgrade it if its old..... that might stop the websites changing your homepage
