It is urgent! I created a new folder in C drive and rename it to "Presentation". I copied a file from a floppy to c:\Presentation and modified it. Then when I copy the file back to floppy, the floppy was full and could not continue. So I accidently click on "Edit ->Undo" couple of times until I found that my file in c:\Presentation is gone and the folder name changed back to "New Folder". Please let me know how to recover the file. Thanks in advance. Hongen. 1. RE: Urgent! How to do file recovery lbyard Dec-18-01 09:04 PM In response to message 0

It may be possible to recover with a tool like Norton Utilities (http://www.symantec.com/consumer_products/home-ps.html) or Recover98 (http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10096-100-1583639.html?tag=st.dl.10001-103-1.lst-7-3.1583639), if you have not done anything that would write to the disk where peices of the file were located, but I would not bet on it. I would try to recreate the file from the most recent backup you have while the changes are fresh in mind--sigh! Larry 4. RE: Urgent!
