I have a system running win 98 with 64 MB RAM. Recently when you mouse over the icons on the desktop, they flicker and rearrange. The antivirus software doesn't detect anything. I believe it may be a virus. If so can anyone tell me the name and if there is a fix available. If not a virus, please shed light on what may be causing this. Also, no software or hardware had been added that may be causing the problem. Thanks.

Start, Run, enter msconfig and see if someone is playing a joke on you with a startup program. Larry
