Overnight I seem to have lost the ability to send emails. I still can receive emails that are text based but emails that have other stuff in them I get but they are blank (like an email from McAfee which are never blank). I did use System Mechanic to clean up my Internet files. My ISP says their end is working fine. What could I have inadvertently deleted to cause this problem? Thanks

I am seeing a lot of odd messages with no text (and some with text). I suspect they have the Klez virus. I don’t know if this is related to your problem. Symantec has a good tool for cleaning it at http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.klez.removal.tool.html. There are viruses (worms) that masquerade as messages from anti-virus software manufacturers. Larry
