Need Help

Hi all I need help
My data base admin ask me to find a software to receive data from the company telephone central Panasonic to get all data in a table text file to take it and add it to our database.
Can any one help me and tell me from where can I get this software ?

Most databases will convert (import and export) between their table format and text deliminated formats. Microsoft Excel will also do it. Larry
