Can anyone shed any light on how I might sort out a problem on a friends computer, please?
When opening up Outlook Express ( ver. 5, I believe, but I didn't take a note )an error message comes up on screen, saying :-"Internet Explorer is unable to open the site freeserve.net/email/outlook/infopane.htm"
It is more an annoyance than a real problem, and clicking on OK lets him carry on, but I would like to make it go away!
He did have a Freeserve dial up account, but has not used that for a long time, having changed to another ISP. The problem, however, has only recently started.
Where might I look to see how/why Outlook causes an error message referencing Internet Explorer?
