I have 3 computers, all with win98se and network cards. My dsl provider only allows 2 static IP addresses at a residential installation. How can I get all 3 to share internet and also network with each other without expensive hardware? I would prefer to be able to connect any computer to the net even if either or both of the others are not turned on. I have an extra network card and, of course, a hub.Thank you 1.
