The ICS Wizard is run on the computer with the Internet connection. How are you connecting to the Internet? Try connecting to it and then running the Wizard while connected. Larry

The missing Advance tab may be specific to the make and model of the adapter and the driver implementation. There should be a Link LED on the adapter. It should be on solid. If it isnít, try swapping cables with one of the other PCs. Larry
