w98 to w98SE no direct connection

One computer has w98 v4.10.2222 A (first edition right?) and a ADSL connection. The other one is in another place, has w98SE and a 56k modem (as well as the first one). Is it possible for the second computer to access the internet through the first one - and in this way to use the ADSL connection-?

No. That is 98 SE, which can be verified by seeing if it is the same as the other computer.
