Windows 2000 Server Can't see a Windows 2000 Computer

When setting up a network ID for Windows 2000 professional desktop I am getting network Path not found error and I am ubale to add this computer to the domain. The computer is on the network and I am able to ping other PC and also see this computer from other workstations.

Larry, I set it for 10 users and it still won't see one of the two workstations.
Both workstations can see each other and the server. One workstation that uses Win98 can see the server and the other workstation.
The other workstation (a win 200 pro workstation) can only see the other work station it does not see the server.
Under adminstrative tools where you can manage the network I can manage his computer from there.
Any ideas?
