Genius TRXII with 25 meters cable

I've made a small network at my home with 2 pc's
I buy a 25 meters CAT5e cable and 2 GENIUS TRXII network boards.
Can anyone tell me why this cable doens't work?
Gives me "Rx Packet Error" but the cable is working propertly ( a friend of mine tested in his network )
But with a 10 meters CAT5 cable, my network works fine.
I'm using crossover cable without hub.
What can i do to the network board work with the 25 meters cable?
Is there anything i must do to the boards ou pc bios to work with a longer cable?
My friend has 2 3com boards, the problem is the boards?
HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

But the cable works fine. I friend of mine tested in his home network and he was able to work like other cable, so the problem cannot be the cable.
If my friend could't work with this cable in his network, alright, bad cable, but he worked fine in his home network.
And like i sad before, the pins are correctly connected
So... what can i do now?

Inspect the cable closely per paragraph 6 at http://duxcw.com/digest/Howto/network/cable/cable7.htm to try to determine which plug is not properly installed (could be both). Cut off and carefully install a new one per our How to article (read it and take your time or purchase more plugs). Try the cable (http://duxcw.com/faq/network/catest.htm). If that doesn’t work, replace the other plug. That is what I do. I do not bat 100% after making many reels worth of network cables. Also see http://duxcw.com/digest/Howto/network/cable/cable9.htm.
