My AIM works, but I cannot transfer files, any fixes>???(short and sweet!)

Are you or the other user running through a router at all? Mine seems to work OK with a user not using a router (though sometimes I need to disable the firewall, while sometimes I don't), but doesn't work with a user on the other end who is hooked through a router...
