LAN Games

I'm fairly sure that a Switch runs data through a network several times over faster than just a hub. But when you are playing games on the network with 90+ computers connected to 3 servers, is it faster to daisy chain 6 Ethernet hubs or 6 switches? I was asking because the switches create a direct connection (if you will) to the server, then terminate the connection on a packet basis. If the server needs to accept packets from 30 computers all at the same time, can a switch handle it without slowing my network down. If not, what's the best solution?

How do you propose to handle 30 packets all at the same time? A good switch should keep up with a server. Larry
