Cross-Over cable for 10BaseT, 100Base-T4 and 100Base-TX

What are differences between 10BaseT, 100Base-T4 and 100Base-TX?
I'm quite confuss between 100Base-T4 and 100Base-TX. Is the color code of CAT5 cable for these 2 standard are same??
Regarding to the cross-over cable, I found 2 kind of standard in certain website. I do not know which one is correct? There are :
First :
wht/org <--> wht/grn
org <--> grn
wht/grn <--> wht/org
blu <--> blu
wht/blu <--> wht/blu
grn <--> org
wht/brn <--> wht/brn
brn <--> brn

Second :
wht/org <--> wht/grn
org <--> grn
wht/grn <--> wht/org
blu <--> wht/brn
wht/blu <--> brn
grn <--> org
wht/brn <--> blu
brn <--> wht/blu
Note : wht= white, org=orange, grn=green, blu=blue, brn=brown

Please inform me when you expect to install 100Base-T4 and I'll take the time that is required to answer your question. As far as I know, that standard is pretty much dead. If you want to make a crossover cable, use the instructions starting at http://duxcw.com/digest/Howto/network/cable/cable1.htm. They are correct. It will work with 10BaseT and 100Base-TX. Believe you would have to cross the other two pairs for T4, but haven't time right now to verify that (and have never seen a T4 network). It certainly wouldn’t hurt anything as both of the other standards do not use those pairs. Larry
