Blocking MSN Messenger On A Network

How can I block the use of MSN Messenger on my Novell Netware 5.1 network? Either block it altogether of retrict it's use.

Thanks for the quick response Larry. We connect via Bordermanager 3.6 and a Cisco 3600 router over a T1 from Verizon.

Are you using a proxy server? I have never worked with Bordermanager , I do know that you could block it from connecting using your Access List in your router.
