Delete ' Network Password ' prompt

Hi all, I'd appreciate some help on how to get rid of an annoying
'Enter Network Password' box which appears when windows is loading.
I just press 'Cancel' and Windows loads as normal.
This has only started happening since I installed a 512 Broadband service with a cable modem recently. The NTL Modem is connected using a USB port.
I am currently running Windows '98 SE

Hi Larry,
Thanks for the reply,
I installed tweakUI, entered a password and ticked the auto box.
I still get a prompt for a few seconds, but the desktop then continues to load.
