Hi,I'm really stumped on this one and have heard it might be a known problem but don't know if there's a fix:
All our PCs are Microsoft networked - some run on Windows 98 and others on Microsoft NT. The option to restrict access to a shared folders on W98 is to password protect it - in which case the other W98 users can access it with the password but the NT users cannot; it is unable to find the username/id.
The other way works fine - the option for NT users to restrict access to their shared folders is to set up access to only certain users.
Any help greatly appreciated!!
