Hi there, wondering if any one knows how to stop the message box "Restoring Network Connections" appear after I type in my user name and password. I am running win98 on the PC and Laptop every thing is set up fine, but I would like to get rid of this box with keeping the same settings. IE if one computer is not switched on at the time of entering windows I wont get this message telling me so. I know what it is trying to do but I just don't want to see it. I have used win95 on a network (at work) and after I put in my name and password this box does not appear at all. Both computers are set up as a peer to peer linked via a hub. Thank you!! 1. In the Control Panel, Network, click Client for Microsoft Networking, Properties and select Quick login. That should help. Larry 2. RE: Restoring Network Connections Tezdread Aug-18-00 05:08 PM In response to message 1
