How do I conect cables to a RJ45 Wall jack

I would like to find how to conect cables to a RJ45 wall jack. I am okay with crimping of the cables but need to know how to uses the wall jack.
I need to know how does the color is applied when a wall jack is being used. DO I go from left to right or the other way.

Plug a straight-thru cable into the jack. The colors should match (if you are consistent about which color-code standard you are using). The straight-thru cable is an extension of the cable going to the jack. The jacks I use (ICC 1C1078E51V CAT 5E) are clearly labeled at the back for both 568A and 568B standards. One simply untwists the cable so that the untwisted wires are no longer than 綌, slips them into the correct grooves on the jack, snaps a plastic clamp into place, and snaps the jack into a wall plate.
