unable to receive video conf calls

Larry,
I recently set up a home network using a hub, 2 NICs in the Server and 1 in the client, and both puters are now connected to DSL via ICS, and
are able to surf the net.
Prior to setting up the network, I was able to use ICUII (a video conferencing app, in case you never heard of it) to make and receive calls via IP address. After I got my network set up, I was NOT able to receive ICUII calls. The caller received a no answer prompt. I was, however, able to call out on ICUII
I don't know if this is related but I was able to send and receive ICQ file transfers to one person, but could not recieve a transfer from another person, but could send them a file.
This has me baffled. Any ideas?

According the Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q229151, "When you try to establish a CU-SeeMe video conference with an Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) host over an Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) connection, you may be unable to connect to any Internet conference site. Also, if you are able to initialize a conference, it may time out. Note that this behavior may not occur over a modem (analog) connection, including an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) modem connection."
Microsoft's solution to this problem is to disable ICS. My solution to the problem is to recommend that you download SyGate. See the following for more info:
