In my experience, for small networks a broadband NAT router (see http://duxcw.com/dcforum/dcboard.cgi?az=read_count&om=230&forum=DCForumID2) is the best solution, albeit more expensive than free, and a good software NAT such as SyGate is the second best solution, and not free. I would take Win 98 SE ICS over some of the proxies I've seen. SyGate started-out as a proxy and can still function as a proxy, but it works better and is easier to configure as a NAT. Perhaps there is a better, easy to use Proxy; I haven't seen it. I'll take a look at your recommendation. Larry
