How Can I Disable Internet Shareing without Deleting it!?

Like i just wanna disable it so that i can use internet phones u know the ones like Pc-to-Phone thingys. Since i am using a Proxy, i cannot use any of those devices. So if i disable internet shareing, then i should be able to use it! Well can anyone tell me how to??? Thanks
