Hi I'm networked w/ 4 other computers and we all use internet connection sharing to use the cable modem.. one of the computers on the network freezes up every time he uses the internet to download something.. also it now freezes up when he trys to copy a file off of the network neighborhood.. if you have any clue on how to help please do! Thanks!

May be an IRQ conflict with the network card. Try moving the card to another slot. If the motherboard has the MVP3 chipset, download the 4-in-1 drivers form VIA Tech and install the IRQ miniport driver. Larry
