slow conection between networking

I have 8 pc networking together with win98 installed with 1 switch hub and with same 10/100 base nic card ,all pc can see network computer,but there have two computer with slow connection,it run very very slowly when i copy file from other computer,I try to move this computer to another worstation and it work fine,that's mean the computer has no problem,can you give me some opinion ??

Does the computer with the slow connection perhaps take long to boot? This could be a sign, that the network card is not inserted properly into the motherboard. See if you can take that network and place it in an another spare PCI slot, see if that solves the problem. If that does not work, take a network card from a computer with the fast connection and just swap the network cards. If it is still slow, that means those 2 computers may be too slow or the motherboard has a problem.
