TCP/IP problem

I have one 95 client that cannot access the network via tcp/ip. The client can use NETBEUI to access the network. I have tried removing and then adding tcp/ip protocol, but same problem. I can however ping the client from any node on the network. I am trying to access a shared printer from another client. All other clients can print to the printer except this one. I installed NETBEUI on the client with the printer and now I can see the client, but I cannot access any of the shares.
Client/Server NT 4.0 Network
Token Ring
Static IP Addresses
WINS Server
LMHOSTS file contains information to client with printer share.

Thanks for the help. I had to remove and reinstall all networking components, but I got it working now. Thanks for your help.
