When I install ICS my Server computer can't longer connect to the internet!

OK, heres the deal,
I followed the instructuons on this website and got up too installing ICS, which i did. then when i restarted the computer i could no longer connect to the internet. It would log in but as soon as it did the connection would lag out. I had to undo ICs to get my Internet to work again. I am using an Internal U.S. Robotics 56k Faxmodem. Please help me!
