win98SE, and win98, ICS and AOL 2 questions.

Hi, My host has win98se, and the other just 98, I use aol as my provider, Is there a way to use ICS and AOL?. some say YES, some say NO. If anyone knows HOW, can you please help me?. thanks......ALso, If I wanted to add win98SE to the second puter with just 98 on it, do I have to format the hd or just install over the win98?..thanks
OOPs, another ?. I do not have NETBEU installed because I was also told I dont need it. BUT do I need it for ICS? or anything else?..thanks

I do not use AOL. Perhaps other readers could add their first-hand experience.
If your copy of SE is an upgrade, you can install it on top of Win 98. Otherwise, a backup followed by a clean install is probably the best way to do it. I do not think SE is worth is worth the time it takes to do a clean install. Larry

Thanks Larry, I did just intall Win98 se, and it works fine. Im hoping that anyone else who has successfully shared AOL can help me. Ive tried talking the kids out of it but , they love that blasted stuff..LOL..thanks
