NT domain and member server logins

We have a network that has a PDC with the domain users and another member server that runs a specific app. The manufacturIs there a way to copy over the domain user database/passwords to the local member server user database?
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Set up replication between the two servers, but that is depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

Is it possible to replicate a stand alone server with a PDC? I didn't know that was possible. Can you explain how to do this?

Only Windows NT Servers are able to be configured to export files for replication. Machines that run Windows NT Server and Workstation can be configured to import files during replication, regardless of their roles. But as I said, it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. This won't work if you what the stand alone to do user authentication.
