TCP/IP and NetBEUI

I'm networking a DOS system to a Windows 98 machine. I'm using TCP/IP for my application and NetBEUI for viewing the DOS machine HD on the Windows 98. For each protocol I’m loading a different driver on the DOS side.
Separately each protocol works fine. However, when I'm trying to load them both only the last one that was loaded works.
Isn't possible for both protocols to work at the same time?
