I am planning on networking my 2 computers with a crossover cable (the simpliest way) into NIC cards. My cable modem is hooked up to a USB port. Would I be able to use that Internet connection on my network from the second computer?

It depends on the driver for the USB cable MODEM and the software you use to do Internet sharing? Larry
