If you already have a LAN setup, why not look into an inhouse DHCP server/router? Linksys makes one helluva good Broadband Router relatively inexpensively and it's also a hardware firewall to boot. I purchased a 4 port switching model for $150 and I know they have a 1 port for around $120. If you don't want to go that route, I'd suggest pulling an old 486 out of storage, install 2 NIC's and make that into a router/DHCP server using your OS of choice (Linux works best).
