"Need Help" with set up of second computer. Have Cable/dsl Router Running windows 98se have second computer running windows 95. Try to connect at second computer and get a IP address 192.168.1.100 conflict with the system having hardware address 00:50:DA:2E:A3:CO. What can I do?

You cannot have two computers with the same IP address. If your subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 then i would make one 192.168.1.100 and the other 192.168.1.101
