ARKLogic 2000PV is more than likely the chipset on the display adapter and not the display adapter itself. See http://duxcw.com/digest/Fromshop/mb/det.htm for tips on how to identify the manufacturer of the board and go to the manufacture’s web site to look for drivers. Arc has some generic drivers for the chipset at http://www.arklogic.com/support.html.You may want to try the following steps from Sierra’s site:
“First try starting the game via one of the troubleshooting startup shortcuts.
To do this:
1. Click on Start, Programs, Sierra and then the Gabriel Knight 3 program group.
2. Locate the Troubleshooting sub group and click on the GK3 Autodetect icon.
3. If the same or similar problems occur with the Autodetect icon try the GK3
Software icon instead.
Once the game is running it can be switched to using 3D hardware acceleration
from within the Game Configurations. Start a new game and right-click anywhere
on the screen. Click on the second icon from the right (it looks like a wrench).
Choose Graphic Options and click the drop down arrow next to 3D hardware to
select the driver”
