video-VCR

i have seen people conect computers to their tvs n stuff like that. How can I load a video from the pc to the VCR? and how can i load a vid on the VCR to the PC? any1 will do for me. i am planing to do this using my MAC. it has the a/v plugs n stuff in it. could u help me out?

with my Radeon it is quite easy. hook up video out on vcr to video in on grfx card. To record vcr tape you just hit play on vcr then record on ati console. It uses Mpeg-2 so the picture is really good and adjustable. To record from file to vcr have to hook up video out on card to video in on vcr. Play file on pc and record on vcr.
Can also hook up a cam corder to it, record the playback, save. then you can burn the image and have it on CD.

To be clear, you need a video card with TV out like deerslayer's ATI Radeon (http://www.ati.com/na/pages/products/pc/aiw_radeon/) or a TV card (e.g., http://duxcw.com/digest/Reviews/Vidcard/ati/tv_wond/atitvwon.htm). Larry
