Microsoft Paint

I know that Microsoft Paint is supposed to come with Windows 98, but I can't find it on my computer. Is there a way to get it/download it from somewhere else?

If you don’t see it in Start, Programs, Accessories, and expanding the menu list by clicking the two arrows pointing down, click Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Microsoft Setup, Accessories, Details, Check Paint, Ok, Ok. Try pointing Windows Setup to C:\windows\options\cabs if you don't have the CD and it is looking for it at your CD-ROM drive. Larry

I tried what you said and I found the Pbrush.exe file in my c:\windows folder. But when I try to access it nothing happens. I double click on the icon, the hour glass appears for a few seconds, then nothing. Any more suggestions?

Uninstall it by unchecking the box, make sure the file is not longer present, restart Windows, and reinstall it. Larry
