When you installed Winfax Pro, it installed the printer driver for Winfax. It must have been deleted. I do not have your software setup here, but according to Symantec (http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/sunset2.nsf/d3671249dc0b9b16852566d7006ad9a1/91d7d08b8a1170b1852566da004f7d26?OpenDocument):
"1. Rename WINFAX.INI to WINFAX.OLD.
2. From your WinFax PRO installation diskettes, do a Custom install of Program Files only. Be sure to reinstall any updates to the program"I do not know where winfax.ini is located on your computer, but if you do a search of your C: drive with the Windows Explorer, you should find it.
I think you may need local help and recommend a Winfax upgrade. Larry
