Printer is an IMB 4019 Laser Printer.Was previously working fine. Now when attempting to print, printer makes a loud "humming" noise as if the feed mechanism may be jammed. Printer then gives an error code indicating a feed failure. Could problem be caused by a jammed roller on the ink cartridge? Any suggestions or advice greatly appreciated.
