Easy CD creator 4 deluxe

Hi,
This Software doesn't recognize my Aopen CRW2440.
A message display that my burner is not supported and reinstall the software. That's what I've done but same results.
I've found nothing on that on the web site.
NERO works fine.
Any suggestions. Thanks

Use Nero? You are not the only person with this problem: http://club.aopen.com.tw/forum/viewmessage.asp?forumID=20&MessageID=2067. I would try a upgrading the firmware: http://www.aopenusa.com/tech/download/Optical/crw/crw2440.htm. Larry

Thanks for the links, but the driver you suggested is only for DOS.
I'll use NERO...!

I thought I saw a link to the firmware was on the same page. A firmware upgrade is there somewhere. Believe I saw links to 2-3 versions of it. That's, of course, different than an operating system driver. Like flashing a BIOS on a motherboard... Larry
