PLease, help
I was desperately fighting with internal 56K modem ("actech") to connect to internet, but all the time I was trying to connect I was getting this message: "modem is in use by another programme".
Can someone give me an advice? I closed all the applications in ctrl alt delete and deleted everything from the computer that had remaining fax or voice or previous modem applications. If it's something that has to be changed in the computer MS setup, could you please give me step by step info how to do it?
I would really appreciate it as it's hard to be without internet nowdays.
