me again.........and this time its a question about my new monitor...

Hi there,
Ive just bought a new monitor and graphic card.
The graphic card is the radion 7000 with 64ddr ram and the monitor is a 19inch 920p hansol.
At the moment my screen resolution is at 1024 by 768 and everything is ok.....but when i put it to 1152 by 864 the picture seems to shake just a tiny amount ......its definetly not my imagination..
Any Ideas?

One possebility:
Is the Refreshrate with 1152*864 equal to double the frequency of your electrical syetem?
In Europe it is 50 Hz, so the monitor runs at 100Hz.
If not the case, electromachnetic fields of your equipmant is not in sync with the monitor.
This will couse the fibration.
Otherwise, check V-moire and H-moire in the menu of your Monitor.

Ive tried at different resolutions and its still the same....another thing i have noticed is that the monitors max resolution is 1600 by 1200 at 75hz but when i put it to that it will only give me the option of 70hz.
I thought i had fixed it yestarday by uninstalling all the graphic card drivers and reinstalling them but when i moved the desktop over using the card utilities (the desktop was off the screen ) it started again.
Im not sure what the correct v-more and h-moire are......im not sure what ive to do to check it?
Oh yea and it doesnt seem to do it when i play any games..

Besides of the V-moire and H-moire, the vibration could be coused by your videocard's utilities where you try to center the desktop.
Delete the correction in the utilities and recenter the desktop with the controls at your monitor only!
There could be a problem with some brands that causes vibration when the display is softwarematicaly centered.
I have the Mazellan 700P from Hansol.
This one does NOT like softwarecorrection!
Once i had to restart in safe mode beceause a correction i had done rendered the screen useless.
I deleted the correction and corrected the problem with the controls at the monitor.
I think that you can forget the V-moire and the H-moire.
My Hansol does not even have this in its menu!

Thats great.....i uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled and then adjusted everything through the monitir and now its working perfectly..

I am glad to read that it is working great now!
Hansol seems to be a stubbern brand....
But, if it works, it works fine!
