Besides of the V-moire and H-moire, the vibration could be coused by your videocard's utilities where you try to center the desktop.
Delete the correction in the utilities and recenter the desktop with the controls at your monitor only!
There could be a problem with some brands that causes vibration when the display is softwarematicaly centered.I have the Mazellan 700P from Hansol.
This one does NOT like softwarecorrection!
Once i had to restart in safe mode beceause a correction i had done rendered the screen useless.
I deleted the correction and corrected the problem with the controls at the monitor.
I think that you can forget the V-moire and the H-moire.
My Hansol does not even have this in its menu!
