Microsoft works6 won't install

I have just bought the microsoft work 6 for my
computer.it does support win98 I put the cd disk in but
it keep telling me that MSlEXEC.EXEfiles is Linked to missing MSl.Dll:222.It says if installing from the cd please install cd and I have the cd in there why won't it read it.

HI, I have found the error, I thought it was the works cd but it had nothing to do with that.It was the windows install.
Windows 95/98/ ME.Have the original msi.exe
windows installer.Microsoft has updated the msi.exe.So any new software that you install from micosoft you must have the new version
of the windows installer.
