Game installation error

Hello All, Can't install a game "Trophy Bass v1.20" on my HP PC with WinME. Installs OK on my older machine with win98. I have had this same error message before with various PCs when trying to install a game. Error message: Integer divided by 0
Only info relative to this available at MS trouble shooting FAQ. One solution is disabling Boot virus scan in the BIOS (Not there) and checking the Numeric Data Processor (OK).
For some reason I tend to think it is the speed of the processor as my Win98 machine is 0nly 400mhz whereas my WinME machine is 900mhz.
Any one have any ideas on this?? The error occurs when I click on Install or System Test in the Sierra Install Wizard Main Menu.
