problem

I gave my mom my old Pentium200mmx. She installed Juno and while trying to setup an account the computer froze. I just turned off the power, no soft boot. It ran scandisk and everything seemed fine until it said there was 8,192 bytes of data that might be whatever it says. I tried to delete it with the keystroke shortcut that it has. It stayed on this screen for 5 minutes until I finally shut it off by turning off the power switch. I did this 4 times and it goes to that same data error screen. How can I get this computer to not freeze and or just correct this problem? My mom cannot afford a new puter. Thanx all.

I would suggest that you uninstall that program that has caused this.
If your computer will not start up to allow you to do this, you will have to start it in safe mode.
To start it in safe mode, just press your "F8" key when you turn your computer on. Once it allows you in, just go and remove that program and see what happens.

I found the problem. The ******* keyboard was unplugged, that was it. What a *****.
