I just want to know if there are softwares that help you create screen savers, if there are such programs, can you tell me where I can download them, if not, then I would want to know how you can create one from scratch.

Hi,
afaik screensavers are exe-files which simply have the extension .scr. A good tool for creation might be borland delphi.
