USB Installation

Having trouble installing my USB ports. Windows 98SE, AMD K6 2-400, 128 megs of memory. Using driver UHCD.sys. Computer won't see the port, Device manager says no driver installed.
Ideas?

Enable USB in the CMOS Setup. There may be two places that have to enabled. Do not enable the USB keyboard unless you have one. What motherboard? If it has the VIA MVP3 chipset, download and install the VIA USB filter driver (http://www.viatech.com/drivers/index.htm). The USB driver is not part of the 4-in-1 driver set and is often overlooked by some computer shops. Larry

Larry,
Thanks for your help! This was a comedy of errors. Once I enabled in CMOS, loaded the ALi driver and installed a new USB connector then loaded the card reader driver and fooled around a bit more IT WORKS.
