ATI-TV TV Tuner is it compatible? PLZ HELP!~

Im interested in buying a TV tuner for my computer and the ATI-TV TV Tuner looked good, but i was confused wether or not it would be compatible with my system.
I have a -- P3 450 -- 288 megs of ram -- Viper 2 vidcard -- Soundblaster live value --
Could anyone help me?

Also if you think there is a better TV tuner out there or this one doesnt work could you tell me of another brand. thx

Are u sure.. the only thing i was worried about was the AMC connector thing that i read about in your review of the tunner card
I just dont want to run into buying it with knowing its goin to work

No, I won't say I'm absolutely sure about anything regarding TV and video card combinations unless I've tried them. However, I will say as I did before, based on experience with ATI TV cards, that it probably will work. Buy it from a place with a 30-day money back guarantee. Larry

Hey do you think it would work on an AMD 800 Athelon with a voodoo 5 5500 and 128 megs ram? plenty of disk space and a good cd-rom drive.. ?? 19 inch monitor.. This would be a great solution for my room.. if only I knew if it would work.. I don't know.. anyone know someone who could answere this?? I also asked ATI in an e-mail.. I'll post what they say..

I have the All-In-Wonder Pro 128bt. I love it. It will work. I had the voodoo TV card for about an hour before returning it to the store. It SUX. ATI makes a great product.

I've got ati tv tuner pci on:
pIII550
256 mb ram
g400 32mb
sblive
all works fine under win98 second edition but not on win98 millenium. I've send a mail at the ati support but I didn't receive any answer yet.
Good card but bad drivers.

Me THINKS the problem may be Win Me. And changes they mad for TV features. Here's what it says on ATI's site (http://support.ati.com/products/atitvwonder/winme/atitvwonder_winme_drivers.html):

After numerous phone calls and $75 in phone bills ATI told me it's a known problem and has no fix date in sight!
I have been asking them for about this problem since WinME came out.
