SODIMM Memory modules

I am trying to find a vendor for the 1" SODIMM module used in my Gateway Solo 9100LS laptop computer. Gateway support doesn't know they used different sizes in this machine. Can anyone help? Thanks

Looking again, maybe I got that wrong if you are looking for memory to go in slot 3?

Yes, I am looking for that 1" high module. It is the only size that will fit in slot 3. Thanks
