I had a 46GB IBM drive, lasted three months then broke when i ran a defrag on it ...
Th reseller said they are getting heaps of them returned....
and it was exactly like this

I was had the understanding that the GXP75 was replaced with the GXP60 to take care of this. Not according to that article though.
