Just about finished with the assembly of my new computer. I bought my first CD burner (a Plextor 12/10/32), have much to learn, and was wondering what I should look for in buying CDs. Do the specifications actually mean anything or are they marketing hype to get you to spend more (ie is more expensive necessarily better)? Do brands make a difference?Thanks, Howard

Yeah, in general go for well known brands eg. Sony,Verbatim.Made a few coffee coasters in my time with cheapos.
