With the hard drive plugged into ide 1 connector, and the cdrom drive plugged into the ide 2 connector, and with the hard drive configured as master, should the cdrom be configured as slave or master? I am trying to settle an argument.

If cd rom is on ide 2 by itself it should be set as master or if the jumper has never been moved leave it like it is and it will work fine.
